dev-vcs/subversion-1.6.16 fails to compile with:
/usr/lib/libaprutil-1.so: undefined reference to `apr_os_uuid_get'

dev-libs/apr is compiled without "uuid" use - that make the compilation crash.

Reproducible: Always
