When compiling with icc (USE="icc") it simply applies the cflags from make.conf which might be unsupported by icc. Should we add a warning/filter/... ?

icc: command line error: invalid argument for option '-march'
make: *** [comp_mlib2.o] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
icc: command line error: invalid argument for option '-march'
make: *** [compacc.o] Error 1
icc: command line error: invalid argument for option '-march'
make: *** [showbest.o] Error 1
