app-text/poppler-0.16.0 requires cairo-1.10.0 for cairo and glib support. Their cmake system checks for this requirement, but silently disables the related features and does continue, if the requirement is not met. This results in missing certain libs, especially poppler-glib.so.

So the dependency (with cairo USE flag) should be raised to require cairo-1.10.0
