mythtv-themes version bump to 0.24

mythtv-themes 0.24 ebuild

This relies on a version of the mythtv.eclass for git snapshot support.

Anything after this revision can omit the lines regarding Arclight.

The themes ebuild really shouldn't be necessary any more as the theme downloader within the frontend does appear to work fine.   Plus, the themes are more up to date than what would be found in here.

Given that we're ten months since this version bump request was filed, can I ask what is the status of getting mythtv-0.24.1 into portage?

I've suffered poor framerate playback of all video (recordings and live TV) since the beginning of August, and I had hoped an update to nvidia-drivers, xorg, or MythTV would resolve the issue. But after upgrading nvidia-drivers to 285.05.09 just now with no improvement, I'm about to give up.

Help.

Use the built-in theme downloader. Regarding MythTV updates, I would welcome someone to help maintain it otherwise, updates are slowly coming.
