Does not compile with current stable GCC 4.4

Archtested on x86: Everything fine

I also get the LDFLAGS QA Notice but it does install current stable dev-cpp/cppserv-0.1.119 failed here with gcc-4.4.4-r2

We will ignore the LDFLAGS issue for now. amd64 done. Thanks Agostino
