The above package contains a tool called pdfannotextractor which depends on dev-perl/File-Which and dev-java/pdfbox. The pdfbox.jar file (or a symlink to it) should be placed in the texmf tree, and texmf-update should be run afterwards.

removed pdfannotextractor from texlive-latexextra, please find it in dev-tex/pdfannotextractor with proper deps :)
