I am getting graphics corruption since a long time now (probably since emerging qt-4.5 but I am not sure about that). It only affects Qt applications. The corruption disappears when I set Option "EXAOptimizeMigration" "off" in my xorg.conf. See attached screenshots for visual demonstration of the problem. My graphics card is a Mobility Radeon X1300 and I am using xorg-server-1.7.7-r1 with x11-drivers/xf86-video-ati-6.13.1 and qt-4.6.2. Furthermore I am using the KDE "Oxygen" Style. There are also bug reports at KDE [1] and Ubuntu [2] Bug Trackers but the bug seems to be fixed there. Maybe this is Gentoo specific? The bug does not occur anymore with recent xorg radeon drivers, therefore closing this bug.
