keyword request ~ppc dev-libs/tinyxml

dev-libs/tinyxml is now in *depend of media-plugins/vdr-setup-0.3.1-r2
( in the moment we have it in overlay vdr-devel )

in the moment i've dropped the ~ppc keyword for 
media-plugins/vdr-setup-0.3.1-r2
media-video/vdr-1.7.16

we still waiting in the near future for the next major release of vdr ( vdr-1.8 )

vdr-1.8 goes then strikt to the maintree, it would be nice we can complete our ebuilds then with the ppc keyword again.
