Packages in the dev-embedded/CAT to not belong to the embedded herd. We have stated this many of times. Reassigned package via metadata.xml to the herd it really belongs in dev-embedded@

Sorry, I asked in the #-embedded channel if I should add it to the embedded herd. I must have misunderstood.

The ebuild should honor the user's LDFLAGs now.
