Both app-admin/eselect-postgresql and sys-devel/llvm try to install /usr/bin/opt.
I cannot reproduce this error: atlas ~ # ls -ashl /usr/bin/opt ls: cannot access /usr/bin/opt: No such file or directory Obviously, I have app-admin/eselect-postgresql installed.
For me /usr/bin/opt was a symlink managed by eselect-postgresql.
To what was it a symlink?

(In reply to comment #3) > To what was it a symlink? To the binwrapper, as mentioned in the duplicate bug. I was in a bit of a rush to get llvm installed so I didn't take extensive notes thinking that this was trivial to reproduce.
