Description Hans de Graaff gentoo-dev Security 2010-08-09 19:17:18 UTC
Both app-admin/eselect-postgresql and sys-devel/llvm try to install /usr/bin/opt.
Comment 1 Aaron W. Swenson gentoo-dev 2010-08-10 00:23:52 UTC
I cannot reproduce this error:

atlas ~ # ls -ashl /usr/bin/opt
ls: cannot access /usr/bin/opt: No such file or directory

Obviously, I have app-admin/eselect-postgresql installed.
Comment 2 Hans de Graaff gentoo-dev Security 2010-08-10 05:47:32 UTC
For me /usr/bin/opt was a symlink managed by eselect-postgresql.
Comment 3 Aaron W. Swenson gentoo-dev 2010-08-10 13:29:17 UTC
To what was it a symlink?

To the binwrapper, as mentioned in the duplicate bug. I was in a bit of a rush to get llvm installed so I didn't take extensive notes thinking that this was trivial to reproduce.
