Bug 31420 – net-tools 1.60 will not compile with 2.6 kernel headers

Due to a change in <linux/x25.h> net-tools fails to compile, the changing the 'x25_address' definition to 'struct x25_address'. Attached ebuild includes a patch which fixes this when kernel headers of 2.6.0 or greater are discovered.
