Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -1vauDN world (#it picked up a new openssl)
2. restart ssl affected services like exim, ssh, lightpd
3. 

Actual Results:  
Non Starting lighttpd

Expected Results:  
restarting lighttpd

This seems to resolve it:

At leas after replacing network.c i can restart lightpd again.

lighttpd patch

This is the following bug http://redmine.lighttpd.net/issues/2157 . The patch mentioned there (and attached here for your convenience) will be included in 1.4.27 - thus the two other versions in portage need patching.
