I open a PDF with okular, then i select print and i choose to print multiple copies of it. Which version of kde do you have, and does this still happen with 4.3.5 or 4.4.2?
this was happening with 4.3.5 that is the current stable version with gentoo amd64
This is fixed since kde-4.4.0. Given that kde-4.4.4 is going stable soon, there's no point in backporting. For details, see upstream bug report.
