Unless someone is going to step up to do a icedtea-bin for every arch, we need this in the main tree.  gcj-jdk works fine here for bootstrapping IcedTea on x86_64, ppc and ppc64.  Please make any issues with gcj-jdk in java-overlay blockers for this bug and I can take a look.
