Building to compile app-accessibility/speakup-3.1.3-r1 on 2.6.32 Linux fails due to undefined C symbols. I found one line fix on Ubuntu bug tracking system. Compilation succeeded, resulted modules not tested. Patch follows.

I am re-opening this due to the request in the tracker. Speakup-3.1.4 is not in the stable tree.
