There is a bug on the localization guide handbook I was trying to customize a gentoo-based system on my laptop and found that the hardware clock config (for /etc/init.d/hwclock) was read from /etc/conf.d/hwclock instead of /etc/conf.d/clock. My OS is Sabayon 5. Please check if this is a deviation from gentoo, or if the localization handbook above needs to be changed. Reproducible: Always
Do not report Sabayon bugs here on the Gentoo bugzilla or forums; use the appropriate resources for your distribution instead. Also, hwclock is only for OpenRC, which is not marked stable in Gentoo, so it is not documented in our handbooks. Not a bug; closing.

Josh, since openrc has already been stabilized, shouldn't we open the bug again and fix the issue? I have made a quick search of (enlgish) docs referring to the old file: ./doc/en/guide-localization.xml ./doc/en/handbook/hb-install-config.xml ./doc/en/gentoo-x86-quickinstall-system.xml ./doc/en/gentoo-freebsd.xml I can fix them except maybe the handbook one (since I don't know if there is a specific policy for that).

No. This was filed long before it was marked stable. We already have a tracker bug; we already know every single doc needs to be updated. I'd prefer to not see one bug per file, because that would mean 200 open bugs.
