+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #200689 +++

OpenOCD switched its scm from subversion to git, so the live-ebuild doesn't work anymore.

openocd-9999.ebuild (use git, some USE flags and --enable-xxx tweak)

checkout the source from git instead of svn.
added some --enable-xxx for device support.

should we use something like IUSE_JTAG_DEVICES in this?
