That looks like it's trying to use the bundled copy of mpeg4ip from faac instead of your system media-libs/libmp4v2. Check your installation...
1. Make sure you don't have mpeg4ip local installation's, in e.g. /usr/local 2. emerge -C libmp4v2 faac 3. emerge -1 libmp4v2 faac 4. If it still doesn't work, reopen this bug with full config.log and build.log
