I have used this application on my x86 platforms without problem for quite some time now, and would like to request that it be moved to stable. As two of its dependencies (dev-python/python-poppler and dev-python/pyPDF) are also in ~, those packages would need to be stabilised as well. There are no open bugs for the application or its dependencies, and the ebuilds have been in the tree for well over a month. The only issue that I've seen is one that does not affect the performance of the application at all. Upon startup, the following error message is displayed: /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pyPdf/pdf.py:52: DeprecationWarning: the sets module is deprecated from sets import ImmutableSet Thank you preemptively, Zach
Created attachment 211782 [details] lol After start pdfshuffler with the attached pdf file I got : tfoerste@n22 ~ $ pdfshuffler clown.pdf /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pyPdf/pdf.py:52: DeprecationWarning: the sets module is deprecated from sets import ImmutableSet and after I deleted page 1 and 2 and save the file into out.pdf I get : /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pyPdf/generic.py:406: DeprecationWarning: object.__init__() takes no parameters str.__init__(self, data) /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pyPdf/generic.py:216: DeprecationWarning: object.__init__() takes no parameters int.__init__(self, value) (u'exporting to:', '/home/tfoerste/out.pdf') /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/pyPdf/pdf.py:163: DeprecationWarning: the md5 module is deprecated; use hashlib instead import struct, md5
By the way, 0.5 is out (25 days old) but python2.6 still throws lots of deprecation warnings (sets module, md5 module).
I added two dependencies that need to stable first. loki_val, do you have any objections against proceeding with stabilization?

Whooo, here we go: Targets: amd64 x86. Tested on x86: Everything fine.
