Bump. Update HOMEPAGE, remove RESTRICT and use the snapshot from current debian testing.

Torsten, please, bump. BTW, I'm unable to open HOMEPAGE at the moment, but probably this is sucky GPRS connection here.

sendxmpp.platon.sk still down for me :(

sendxmpp works with my other jabber server. Bumped.
