Description Fabiano Francesconi 2009-11-08 11:03:30 UTC
When I try to run an application I get the output attached.
In particular the error
err:ole:OLEPictureImpl_LoadJpeg Trying to load JPEG picture, but JPEG supported not compiled in.

As far as I can see jpeg support isn't available for amd64 system so I can't figure out how to enable it.

Probably you are using a too old version of wine,
that depends on some emullibs no longer in portage.

Problems reported about so old versions tend to be
resolved as WONTFIX.

What?! That's the lastest stable version available in portage!

The term "stable" doesn't really apply to wine:
its releases are generates about every other week
(unless person doing those releases has a reason
to delay it).
Anyway, after I searched a bit more correct resolution is a bit different.
