Important changes

    * Connection state handling (pipelining should work now)
    * FastCGI fixes: improved disabled-time handling, fixed bug in active-backends counter.
    * TLS SNI support

jeez, poor timing. It was added to the tree before I did this bug report but I didn't see it in my emerge --sync yet. Thanks Thilo.
