API documentation (over 30MB) in /usr/share/gtk-doc/html provided by gtk+ is being installed regardless 'doc' USE flag setting. Also installing LC_MESSAGES only when 'nls' USE flag was set would be nice but that's different story.

This bug is prevalent across all gnome packages. USE=doc merely controls rebuilding of documentation. A decision was made in the last meeting regarding this, and it just need implementing.
