Still todo:

- Apply patches for rsync/ipv6 code
- Collaborate with robbat2 regarding a new "mirrors-rsync" xml data feed to monitor gentoo-portage mirrors (Replaces the current mirrorstats.gentoo.org/rsync page)
- Secure new home for mirrorstats.g.o that has native ipv6 or ipv6 tunnel.

bug 293434 is needed to be done before new mirrorstats.g.o goes live
