twisted-web 8.2.0 is not stable what leads to this conflict:

I've reverted keywords on dev-python/twisted-8.2.0-r2 for now.

Everything's ready for ppc except twisted-conch, see bug 291602 (I let you
choose if it's a blocker)
Anyhow, a test case for twisted-conch will be appreciated.

Stable on alpha.

Making it a little more obvious that multiple stabilizations are requested.

Ok, this is a mess.

Half the deps aren't mentioned (m2crypto, fpconst, ...).

m2crypto doesn't build (see bug 292397)
twisted-web doesn't pass its test suite (bug 292399)

Please advise.

Dependencies will be stabilized in the following bugs:

 Bug #290500: dev-python/fpconst-0.7.3
 Bug #292314: dev-python/m2crypto-0.20.2
