Suggestion: Don't leave the LICENSE empty. Use econf for easier reading.

ebuild for xgraph with econf and license

I changed the ebuild to use the econf statement and add the LICENCE="as-is"

You don't need to define S as that's what it is by default. Also you could
probably delete the src_compile() as that's nearly default as well.
