Can't emerge media-fonts/artwiz-fonts, because it's unable to find a download. 
Looking at the homepage, they seem to have replaced it with a newer file to
download.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge artwiz-fonts
Actual Results:  
Errors out, can't download.

No problem for me, downloaded fine.

Other bug:

should be:

the first is out of date.
