goodies.xfce.org is not updated anymore. It moved to archive.xfce.org. sigh.

We have mirror://xfce we can use in SRC_URI and now xfconf.eclass to convert.

All new xfce ebuilds should use xfconf.eclass.

licenses checked & everything converted to xfconf.eclass, closing.
