I have ezc-Base 1.4.1 .... That said, I'm running this under paludis, so it might be failing for you where it keeps trucking for me. Might be helpful information.
Diego: can you retry/rebuilt with dev-php/pear-1.9.0? This error doesn't occur on my system. Kent: thanks for your report. But it seems to install fine? We're not relying on pear channels to install ez anyway, so you can safely ignore the warning.
