Description Peter Weilbacher 2009-06-23 15:42:55 UTC
Building hugin (I tried hugin-0.7.0-r1 and hugin-0.8.0_rc3) does not build on my system. I get errors like

-- Boost was not found. Set the Boost_INCLUDE_DIR cmake cache entry to the directory containing the boost include files. E.g /usr/local/include/boost-1_33_1 or c:\boost\include\boost-1_33_1
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:185 (MESSAGE):
boost thread library not found. If it is installed with a

unrecognized suffix, specify it with -DBoost_LIB_SUFFIX=<suffix>

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v hugin
2. watch the screen output

hugin-0.8.0_rc3 emerge log

Just for reference, I do have boost installed:

# emerge -vp boost

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild R ] dev-libs/boost-1.37.0-r1 USE="python -debug -doc -eselect -expat -icu -mpi -tools" 0 kB

Total: 1 package (1 reinstall), Size of downloads: 0 kB

# epm -ql boost | grep include | head -5
/usr/include/boost-1_37/boost/rational.hpp
/usr/include/boost-1_37/boost/gil/image_view.hpp
/usr/include/boost-1_37/boost/gil/planar_pixel_iterator.hpp
/usr/include/boost-1_37/boost/gil/gil_concept.hpp
/usr/include/boost-1_37/boost/gil/rgba.hpp

Seems like CMake is looking in the wrong dir (for boost 1.33.1?!) but I have no idea why or how to fix it...
