linux-utils has a patch file pulled by the ebuild which modifies the mount and losetup commands for USE="loop-aes".

This patch fails - please see the attached patch log.

Please note that this is the TESTING branch.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="loop-aes" emerge -1 =sys-apps/util-linux-2.15.1

Actual Results:  
USE="-loop-aes" emerge -1 =sys-apps/util-linux-2.15.1

Installs as usual. As yet untested.

Expected Results:  
Normal installation.

Many people rely on encryped (loop) mounted (root) file system(s). This will be a serious problem for them.
