New stable version of libgphoto2 became available 17/05/09. Current (~arch) version in portage is 2.4.5

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1643813&group_id=8874&atid=358874 has been resolved, so we can ignore our 2.4.5 patch
