This one depends on bioperl-1.6.0 (Bio::Index::AbstractSeq)

Updated to include >=bioperl-1.6.0 in PDEPEND, please stabilize together

How does bioperl depend on Bio-ASN1-EntrezGene? I grepped bioperl and couldn't find a reference.

But Bio-ASN1-EntrezGene fails its tests if Bio::Index::AbstractSeq (provided by bioperl) is not available.
So Bio-ASN1-EntrezGene should be in PDEPEND of bioperl and not the other way around.

All Perl dependencies of BioPerl, including this one, were parsed out of Build.PL for it.

I'll switch out the depends today. Please proceed with other components of this stabilization.
