Bug #264388 refers to the need for an updated sys-kernel/linux-headers for 2.6.29 so that ipsec-tools will build against that kernel version. I am running up against the same problem now after upgrading to readlin 6.0 so is there an ETA for this bump? (Alternatively a clue as to how linux-headers is generated from kernel source?) Many thanks Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Run 2.6.29.z kernel version 2.Emerge ipsec-tools-0.7.1 or other package which requires updated kernel headers 3.
Also for ati-drivers.
also we need it in the overlay vdr-devel for the vdr developer tree up from media-video/vdr-1.7.5
Bug #267307 also probably needs this. It seems to me that a year or two ago, i could change the ebuild filename and it would download the kernel from kernel.org and install the needed headers. Now it depends on someone creating "mirror://gentoo/gentoo-headers-base-${PV}.tar.lzma"
open-vm-tools-0.0.20090423.162451 also needs kernel-headers to bumped.
