dev-db/mysql fails to compile due to version inconsistency

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-db/mysql


Actual Results:  
[blocks B     ] dev-db/mysql-community ("dev-db/mysql-community" is blocking dev-db/mysql-5.0.76)
[blocks B     ] dev-db/mysql ("dev-db/mysql" is blocking dev-db/mysql-community-5.0.77)


Expected Results:  
dev-db/mysql compile.

I don't see a compile failure here,
just a portage block.
What's the full output of 'emerge -1t dev-db/mysql' ?

That's of course should have been ''emerge -1vt dev-db/mysql'.
