Which is an obvious bad idea, see http://blog.flameeyes.eu/2008/12/24/library-on-a-collision-course-on-the-screen for a similar issue.

This seems to be a bug in net-libs/c-client, it misses libc-client.so link to its lib, see also Bug #255118.
