Description:   Opened: 2009-01-05 18:38 0000
KPresenter presents no options for creating a new file on startup when started
via the KDE K menu or "run" dialog (first screenshot). Only when started via a
terminal (an unfriendly alternative for many users) such options appear (second
screenshot).

app-office/kpresenter-1.6.3 USE="arts xinerama -debug"

KPresenter started from the command line.

I guess this is how it should always be.
