Pidgin now has intltool dependencies to compile.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  attempt to emerge pidgin-2.5.3 on a system without intltool
2.  fail
3.  ???

Actual Results:  
configure fails with a message that intltool could not be found

Expected Results:  
the package should've merged
