For sci-astronomy/funtools-1.4.0, a QA notice is printed upon emerging:

 * QA Notice: Files built without respecting LDFLAGS have been detected
 *  Please include the following list of files in your report:
 * /usr/lib/libtclfun.so.1.0
 * /usr/lib/libfuntools.so.1.0

Attached patch to the ebuild fixes this by using sed to substitute the LDFLAGS
environment variable into the link command.
