Bug 25000 – ebuild for nagios-nrpe 2.04b

Nagios-nrpe has been upgraded to 2.04b. Here is an ebuild for it.  I've
installed it on 3 different machines without a problem but it probably needs
some work. (i.e. this one will use ssl if it's available. since it's on all 3 of
my machines everything compiled fine.  I'm not sure if ssl is a requirement or
just an option though.)

another ebuild just to compare

SSL should be an option. I have put it as a USE flag. Also, ./configure
supports passing of command arguments. Please check.
