dev-java/commons-cli-1.1 cannot be build as it do not find junit (I have both
3.x and 4.x and ant-junit)

So you have 3.8.1-r3 installed and Portage doesn't complain? Your commons-cli
ebuild is coming from the main tree and not from an overlay (where there isn't
a blocker in place)?

Yes

I have no overlay with commons-cli.

If it's 3.8.1-r3, then normally the upgrade should go something like this:

[ebuild     U ] dev-java/junit-3.8.2-r1 [3.8.1-r3]
[ebuild     U ] dev-java/commons-cli-1.1 [1.0-r5]

The blocker ensures that the junit upgrade occurs before the commons-cli
upgrade.

Please post output for `emerge --pretend --debug junit:0 commons-cli`.

I have junit-3.8.2-r1 and junit-4.5.

commons-cli still fails with the same error.

Sorry, problem solved now (after consulting bug 215659).

The /usr/share/ant-core/lib/junit.jar symlink was not cleaned on my system for
some reason (paludis at fault I suppose).
I cleaned it manually and it's fine now.
