Configure script for media-sound/sox-14.2.0 checks distro name using /etc/issue as a source. If /etc/issue is left as it was by default, then it thinks than distro name is "This is". But if I rename /etc/issue.logo to /etc/issue, then it thinks that distro name is "$@_##_,_FW84f This is" (for example) and fails to build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy /etc/issue.logo to /etc/issue
2.emerge =sox-14.2.0
3.
