This bug is possibly tcl/tk-8.5 related since I have that installed on my
system.

After emerging of app-admin/moodss-21.5 I failed to start it:

camobap-unstable ~ # /usr/bin/moodss
can't find package BLT 2.4
    while executing
"package require BLT 2.4"
    (file "/usr/bin/moodss" line 18677)

Basically I suppose that the following should work:

camobap ~ # tclsh
% package require BLT
can't find package BLT

But I'm not sure.

blt issues have been fixed in blt-2.4z-r5
can you try with that?

reopen if is still not fixed ;-)
