Description:   Opened: 2008-11-06 17:07 0000 
Apparently, all the ebuilds for app-cdr/cdrtools newer than
app-cdr/cdrtools-2.01.01_alpha34 have a hard dependency per bug #198779.  I
have no interest in having unnecessary software on my machine and cdrtools does
not require sys-apps/acl to operate--so, why is this not USE flag dependent?
