Needed for ffmpeg 20081014. Arches to stabilize: amd64@gentoo.org,ppc64@gentoo.org,ppc@gentoo.org,sparc@gentoo.org,x86@gentoo.org If they want in on the stable goodness, perhaps alpha@gentoo.org Media-video, please add arches if you agree.
(In reply to comment #0) > Media-video, please add arches if you agree. The only thing I dislike is the rc in the version :) I see nothing but bugfixes in the changelog from 1.0.6 so it should be good to go. Franceso, since you're upstream and named it rc1, could you please ACK/NACK pushing 1.0.7_rc1 into stable ?
Thanks Francesco for the answer; 1.0.7 final should be _rc1 with no change, therefore we can safely stabilize 1.0.7_rc1. Arches, please test & mark 1.0.7_rc1 stable; alpha, you don't have any version stable yet, so take it or drop it, at your own discretion. (removing francesco from cc so to prevent him from getting further mails he probably doesn't care about)

amd64 stable

What do you think, aballier? IMHO if its the same, it's not worth it. We can still bump 1.0.7 when it's out (this weekend according to Francesco) but don't need to wait.
Hi there. Sorry for causing troubles, but during routine pre-release checks I'm facing some unexpected problems with ffmpeg on debian which likely need a few more change before 1.0.7 final. I Hope I'm too late.
(In reply to comment #6) > I Hope I'm too late. Of course it is "I hope I'm NOT too late"
