No regressions possible. If they look fonty, please stable them.

on amd64: compiles fine, but..

 * To prefer using Khmer OS fonts with >=fontconfig-2.5.91, run:
 * 
 *      eselect fontconfig enable 65-khmer
 * 

# eselect fontconfig enable 65-khmer
!!! Error: /etc/fonts/conf.avail/65-khmer doesn't exist

Its not in the list of available fonts..?

Fontconfig-2.6.0-r2 contains the fontconfig file. I've marked it as a blocker of this.

amd64/x86 stable, all arches done.
