Hello. While
http://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/users-and-groups/index.html
section tells explicitly that enew{group,user} should be called from pkg_setup example and text in 
http://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/functions/pkg_preinst/index.html
tells different (use pkg_preinst). Please move infromation from pkg_preins section to pkg_setup section. Thank you.
