Neither /opt/RealPlayer/realplay nor /opt/RealPlayer/realplay.bin have the executable bit set, so they cannot be run. 'chmod +x' on both of them remedies the situation.

Fixed in realplayer-11.0.0.4028-r1.ebuild
Now using doexe to install them with x-bit.
