ebuild to allow emerging of the gst-plugins-bad oss4 plugin

Newer GNOME will only support pulseaudio, get on with the program... I guess if we wanted to support Solaris we may want to have oss4, but I don't believe its a great idea..

I'm so sick to death of Pulseaudio _AND_ ALSA that I'm willing to become the OSS4 maintainer - and it looks like you need one. Heck, I'll even hack OSS4 support into GNOME.

The oss4 gst-plugin is in the "bad" plugins. I tried to install gst-plugins-bad, but portage forces "--disable-oss4".

I need to install the oss4 plugin. Why on earth can't I? This is very frustrating.

Fine with me if gnome wants to force pulseaudio, but not every gstreamer user is also a gnome user.
I'm running several gstreamer apps on my xfce desktop where I'm also running oss4, without pulseaudio. So that argument is pretty much invalid imho.
For everyone interested, I've just added the ebuild to my overlay (where I also maintain oss4).
Those ebuilds are not yet ready for the main tree, but once they are, I'd also be willing to maintain gst-plugins-oss4.
Also fyi, the module moved from -bad to -good.
