=gnome-extra/gcalctool-5.22.3 fails to compile in Turkish locale. It compiles succesfully if I set locale variables to en_US.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =gnome-extra/gcalctool-5.22.3 in Turkish locale
2.

Actual Results:  
Fails to compile

Expected Results:  
Merge successfully.

That ebuild is from portage. 5.22.2 also fails with the same error.

It's a flex bug. Compiles succesfully with =sys-devel/flex-2.5.35

flex-2.5.35 has been in portage for 6 months, could it go stable?
